Disconcert is to upset or to frustrate plans, etc. or to upset the composure or self-possession of; to embarrass; to confuse: “Little blips can disconcert performers on stage.”

It will disconcert me if the perceived level of discomfort with our cabins serves to discomfit our plans for a long voyage.
