National News

  • President Droupadi Murmu inaugurated the ‘Vividdhta ka Amrit Mahotsav’ at the Presidential residence, celebrating the rich cultural diversity of Northeast India from February 8-11, 2024.
  • The festival, a collaboration between the Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region and the Ministry of Culture, featured over 320 booths showcasing unique crafts, textiles, and agricultural goods from the region’s eight states.

  • Uttar Pradesh targets producing one million tonnes per year of green hydrogen, offering around 120,000 job opportunities.   • The New Delhi Book Fair 2024, themed “Multilingual India: A Living Tradition,” was organized by the National Book Trust and the India Trade Promotion Organization from February 10-18 at Pragati Maidan, with Saudi Arabia as the Guest of Honor, emphasizing India’s linguistic diversity.
