  • After accommodating for refunds, the Net Direct Tax collection stood at Rs. 12.98 lakh crore, marking an 18.40% growth over 2022’s collections.
  • This accounts for 91.39% of the projected Direct Tax estimates for the fiscal year 2022-23.
