  • PM Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone for India International Convention and Expo Centre in New Delhi, on September 20.

4. ‘e-Sahaj’ portal

  • Government launched an online ‘e-Sahaj’ portal to grant the Security Clearance in certain sensitive sectors before issue of licence/permit, permission, contract etc.

1. 62nd General Conference of the IAE

  • 62nd General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) was held in Vienna, Austria.

2. Emmy Awards 2018

  • 70th annual Prime Time Emmy Awards were held at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
