- This collaborative effort by the Election Commission of India and Pran Comics aims to galvanize the youth to actively engage in democratic processes. Characters created by the late Cartoonist Shri Pran Kumar Sharma like Chacha Chaudhary, Sabu, and Billoo are central to the narrative.
