1. PM Modi inaugurates 30-km Metro rail line in Hyderabad
- PM inaugurated the first phase of Hyderabad Metro Rail.
- The metro line will have 24 stations with fares ranging from Rs.10 to Rs.60.
2. 12-yr-old boy helps his village become cleanest in Manali
- A boy from Bran village in Himachal Pradesh’s Manali helped his village win the first prize for cleanliness in the region.
- He said he faced difficulty in collecting money and used oil canisters from the village as dustbins.
3. Bengaluru’s Kaggadasapura lake starts generating toxic foam
- The lake, which is near a children’s park is a cause of concern for the residents.
- Locals allege that they have been facing this problem for around two years but this time it is extreme.

1. ‘Mitra’ greets PM Modi and Ivanka at GES
- Made-in-India bot ‘Mitra’ developed by Invento Robotics declared the start of the Global Entrepreneurship Summit in Hyderabad.
- The bot started the event at the press of the button and welcomed them.
2. Suicide bombers kill 11 in Iraq
- 11 people were killed and 31 were injured in Iraq after 5 suicide bombers attacked civilians in the Nahrawan area.
- ISIS claimed the responsibility for the attack, saying it targeted members of the Hashed al-Shaabi paramilitary alliance.

1. GST collection for October drops by more than Rs.11,000 crore
- The collection dropped by Rs.11,000 crore to Rs.83,346 crore till November 27th.
- The revenue collected for September was Rs.95,131 crore.
2. RCom shares slide 9% on reports of insolvency case
- This comes amid reports that China Development Bank has filed insolvency case against the telecom firm.
- A RCom spokesperson said the company has not been served any notice of the application.

1. Pujara ,Jadeja rise to world number 2 in Test rankings
- Pujara is ranked 2nd in ICC Test batsmen rankings while Jadeja is ranked 2nd in bowlers rankings.
- Captain Virat Kohli has been ranked 5th among batsmen while Ravichandran Ashwin is placed 4th in bowlers rankings.
2. India men’s hockey team to play Pak in 1st match of 2018 CWG
- Indian men will face the Pakistani team in their first match of the 2018 Commonwealth Games on April 7 in Australia.
- The Indian women’s team will play the tournament opener against Wales on April 5.
