  • Parshottam Rupala, the Union Minister, launched the mobile application “Report Fish Disease.” This initiative is led by the Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry, and Dairying and aims to strengthen disease monitoring in aquaculture.

2. Inauguration of Amarnath Yatra 2023

  • The annual Amarnath Yatra for 2023 commenced on June 30 with Jammu and Kashmir’s Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha, officiating the inauguration. The pilgrimage saw an initial turnout of 3,400 devotees and has tight security measures.
