1. National e-Assessment Centre by CBDT
- CBDT has newly set up National e-Assessment Centre (NeAC) for electronically assessing the tax returns,
- Krishna Mohan Prasad has been appointed as the first Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax of NeAC.
2. New Secretary of Ministry of Power
- Sanjeev Nandan Sahai has been appointed as the Secretary of Ministry of Power.
- The Ministry of Power is an Indian government ministry. The current Union Minister of State is Raj Kumar Singh. The ministry is charged with overseeing electricity production and infrastructure development, including generation, transmission, and delivery, as well as maintenance projects.
3. Intensified Mission Indradhanush (IMI) 2.0 Portal
- Minister of Health and Family Welfare Harsh Vardhan has launched Intensified Mission Indradhanush (IMI) 2.0 Portal in New Delhi.
- It is a version of mission Indhradanush Universal Immunization Programme (UIP) that aims to achieve 100% immunization.

- IIT Delhi will set up Space Technology Cell (STC) in collaboration with the Indian Space Research Organization.

1. Global Ayurveda Summit 2019
- The 3rd edition of Global Ayurveda Summit 2019 has started in Kochi, Kerala.
- Global Ayurveda Summit 2019 is inaugurated by Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan.
- Theme: ‘Mainstreaming Ayurveda through Startups, Innovation and Branding’.
- It is organized by Confederation of Indian Industry.
2. The 35th ASEAN Summit
- The 35th ASEAN Summit has been concluded in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Theme: ‘Advancing Partnership for Sustainability’.
- East Asia Summit and Regional Comprehensive Economic Summit was also held on the sidelines of 35th ASEAN Summit.
- PM Modi attended the ASEAN Summit.

3. UN Climate Change Conference (COP 25)
- Madrid of Spain will host United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 25) from 2 to 13 December.

4. International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists
- The International Day to End Impunity for Crimes against Journalists is a UN-recognized international day observed annually on 2 November.

1. Worlds’ first Block-chain-based Carbon Trading Exchange
- Worlds’ first Block-chain-based Carbon Trading Exchange was launched in Singapore.
- It is launched by AirCarbon Pte Company of Singapore.
- AirCarbon offers Carbon Trading and Carbon Futures for the Airline Industry where carbon credits are tokenized using ERC20 Ethereum Tokens.
- The AirCarbon Exchange, a collaboration venture with Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (“SEAS”), will provide a ready supply of CORSIA eligible credits (“EEUs”) for airlines and other corporate buyers to acquire Carbon Dioxide (“CO2”) offsets for compliance and voluntary purposes.
