4. HL Trivedi passes away

  • Noted Nephrologist and Padma Shri Awardee HL Trivedi has passed away.
  • Hargovind Laxmishanker Trivedi, better known as H. L. Trivedi, was an Indian nephrologist, immunologist, transplantation medicine and stem cell researcher. He was a pioneer of transplantation medicine in India and a founding director of the Kidney Hospital in Ahmedabad.
