1. New EPFO Interest Rate
- Employees’ Provident Fund Organization has lowered the interest rate from 8.65% to 8.50% on provident fund deposits.
- EPFO is an organization tasked to assist the Central Board of Trustees, Employees’ Provident Fund a statutory body formed by the Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 and is under the administrative control of the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India.

1. New CEO of Mahindra-Ford Joint Venture
- Anurag Mehrotra has been appointed as the new CEO of Ford India’s alliance with Mahindra & Mahindra ‘Mahindra-Ford Joint Venture’.

- Spinner Poonam Yadav was the lone Indian to make into the ICC Women’s T20 playing XI of the World Cup 2020.
- ICC Women’s T20 World Cup was held in Australia between 21 February and 8 March 2020. The final took place at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on International Women’s Day. Hosts Australia won the tournament, beating India by 85 runs, to win their fifth title.
