A very simple article. Just stating some facts.
-Our Prime Minister, very confidently, announced on 8th November 2016 that demonetisation would bring back the black money into the economy, declaring this move as an all-out war on demonetisation.
-But, according to the RBI’s annual report released on August 30th,98.96% of the demonetised notes had found their way back to the banks.
-For our Finance Minister to change stance now, and declare that the money finding its way back into the economy was intention, would be a foolish move.
