Word-1: Ghostwriter
Meaning: Someone who writes a book or article for another person to publish under their own name.
Synonyms: Biographer, columnist, composer, creator, journalist, poet, producer, reporter, writer, essayist, ghost, originator, playwright, scribbler, scribe, etc.
Usage Examples:
1. A ghostwriter wrote this personal statement before the death of the old scientist.

Meaning: The photographers who follow famous people everywhere they go to take photographs of them for newspapers and magazines.

1. She describes how she coped with her mother’s death in her memoirs.

Word-4: Curveballs
Meaning: In baseball, a throw-in in which the ball curves as it moves towards the player with the bat/ something unexpected, surprising, or disruptive.
Synonyms: Action, gimmick, manipulation, measure, movement, plot, ploy, procedure, ruse, scheme, step, stunt, trick, angle, etc.
Usage Examples:

Word-5: Lucrative
Meaning: Producing a lot of money or paying a significant amount.
Synonyms: Advantageous, cost-effective, fruitful, good, money-making, profitable, worthwhile, fatness, gainful, high-income, in the black, paying, remunerative, sweet.
Usage Examples:

Word-6: Anthology
Meaning: A collection of artistic works with a similar form or subject, often considered the best.
Synonyms: Album, compendium, compilation, digest, garland, omnibus, selection, treasury.
Usage Examples:
1. The essay first appeared in an anthology of feminist criticism.
2. In this anthology, the earliest poems included were previously unpublished works dating from 1916 to 1921.

Word-7: Vignettes
Meaning: A short piece of writing, music, acting, etc. that clearly expresses the typical characteristics of something or someone.
Synonyms: Sketch, scene, picture, story.
Usage Examples:
1. They had all written pages and pages of vignettes about their lives.
2. There are thus a considerable number who appear in autobiographies as simple vignettes.
3. Several interconnected vignettes form a longer sequence for certain memorable periods, such as the two world wars.
Word-8: Rigour
Meaning: The quality of being detailed, careful, and complete.
Usage Examples:
1. Their research seems to me to be lacking in rigour.
2. The facade of the building at least escaped from rigour.

Word-9: Vengeance
