Word-1: Provenance
Meaning: the place of origin or earliest known history of something.
Synonyms: Origin, derivation, home, inception, source.
Usage Examples:

Word-6: Reticent
Meaning: Unwilling to speak about your thoughts or feelings / implies a reluctance to speak out or at length.
Synonyms: Bashful, hesitant ,mum, reserved, restrained, shy, silent, taciturn, clammed up, close, close-mouthed, dried-up, etc.
Usage Examples:
1. The Hon. Gentleman has been noticeably reticent in this respect.
2. It’s acoustic, a little more reticent but highly focused, and has plenty of absorbing incidents.
3. Auster was somewhat reticent about it at first but finally admitted he was working on a new book.
Word-7: Double act
Meaning: Two comedians or entertainers who perform together are called a double act.
Usage Examples:
1. The reason for this double act becomes apparent the minute you set off.
2. To attempt to perform the double act is instead to oscillate between the two.

Word-8: Eulogy
Meaning: A speech, piece of writing, poem, etc., containing great praise, especially for someone who recently died or retired from work.
Synonyms: Citation, paean, tribute, acclaim, accolade, adulation, applause, commendation, compliment, encomium, exaltation, glorification, panegyric, plaudit, salutation, laudation.

Word-9: Bandwagon
Meaning: An activity, group, etc., that has become successful or fashionable and attracts many new people.
Synonyms: Fad, form, look, mode, model, pattern, shape, thing, tone, trend, appearance, chic, configuration, convention, craze, cry, cultism, cultus, custom, cut, figure, etc.
Usage Examples:
1. I don’t want to look like I’m jumping on a green bandwagon.
2. The product’s success led many firms to try to jump on the bandwagon.
3. Other politicians on the campaign trail and Capitol Hill scramble to get on the economic insecurity bandwagon.
