Article Title: Robbing banks, the new way

Article Summary

The writer here says how robbing the banks these days have become easy.

His way of putting this across through this article is amazing. You are sure to enjoy this piece of reading.

The author starts by saying how the bank robberies in olden days were full of adventures and fun. They were full of life and were exciting. Unlike those olden days, today’s robberies are boring, sly and sneaky. There is not much fun. There is absolutely no romance involved here. You hardly get to hear the gun shots. All it involves is fudging records and exchanging bribes. The powerful politicians then protect you when danger knocks at your door! The news channels are full of useless rantings as one speaks over the other and one finally starts losing sense of what the conversation is all about.

Finally the culprits walk free with no guilt at all. By the time matters get to the court, things would have changed so much that people hardly care.

The writer goes on to say how India’s position has moved down to two places from 79 to 81 in the Transparency International’s Global Corruption Perception Index 2017. He ends up on a sarcastic tone by saying that “So much pride we take in being an economic super power”
