Now berth vise arrangement is difficult to find than the profession vise manner But as we see the given information we come to know that the architect is the only other person who occupies the same type of berth as that of B and we know that B is not in the upper berth so he is in lower berth with R. M and H are not on the middle berth and their professions are Pathologist and Lawyer respectively. Clearly they are in Upper berth and the left persons are in Middle berth So, from the above information, we can draw a combined chart of the personas with their professions and berths:
