Perseverance

Content Ad 1

This man is in great risk and can fall down at any minute. Still, he and his wife have not given up hope. She hasn’t said, “Oh, it doesn’t look like he can climb up again. So, let me just leave the rope and get it over with.” He too is making every effort to hang on to the rope.
This “Pakde rehna! Chhodna nahin!” attitude is known as Perseverance.
Perseverance means to stick to your task or belief no matter what difficulties or failures you face in it.
Have you heard the story of King Robert Bruce? He had faced many many defeats but drawing inspiration from a spider, he did not give up. We can say that he persevered despite the failures and therefore, ultimately succeeded.
Your task now. 🙂
Give us more examples of perseverance.

Meaning of Perseverance:

1. Steady persistence in adhering to a course of action, a belief, or a purpose; steadfastness.
