The article states that most pet owners consider their pets as a part of their family, so making a Facebook page is even more fun. Writer states that this trend came up perhaps because it is silly and fun, it is like being silly and further, we all do it because we can.

Summary:

Well, who started this trend, could be anyone’s guess. It is like one day someone sat, opened the Facebook page and just did it out of sheer curiosity. However, no matter what the reason, now there are hundreds of people doing the same. It is like giving voice to animals, which is entirely fascinating for me at least.
