Recommendation 3 from ‘The New York Times’

Article Name:‘This republican economy’

By: ‘Paul Krugman’

The article states that somehow Republicans have an answer to the question of what should be done about the economy. Writer states that their policy is to cut the spending and taxes. With this the republicans are hoping to convince the people that the bad economy is the result of too much spending that has been in fact not been done by the Obama administration. At the same time the article states that for some reason Obama administration has not done anything to expose this eye wash.

What republicans are proposing is something that is already being done by the administration. How much are they proposing to cut and what all? In fact the writer does state that the picture of America right now is the same that was in 1937 when F.D.R was prematurely slashed. And republicans strategy might as well work, if the voters are ignorant.
