However, the article states that this bond could be celebrated instead of being labelled as the freedom finisher, as it is a known fact that children who receive parental support do much better in life with clearer goals and contentment than children who do not.
Summary:
It sounds weird in India that children are not living with parents; it is a norm here in India. Perhaps, this is the reason Indian children are happier than their counterparts elsewhere. However, there is also a downside, by the time children in other countries are 25, they have an apartment of their own, but here it is not so.

What article really wants to say is that the situation, in every aspect, is too big to be left in the hands of politicians, it is all of ours responsibility even in causing the crisis and also curing the crisis.
Summary:
Well, yes, very well said! We are the hands that have caused the crisis and we are the hands that should be the ones to cure it. When the article states that factional rights consume more political energy than any public interest work, then it is our duty not to participate in it. And the same stands true for other crisis also.

Freedom in terms of choosing the state they want to be in while they stay with someone. In a way, if the case works out in the favour of the women, as she was the one to challenge it in the first place, approximately 1.2 million Canadians could be forced to be married.
Summary:
Ah! The age old debate, atleast it is so in India. There had been no law saying anything in this case so far, until one day live in relationships were made legal. Of course, it invited criticism from far and white, but assuming this stage of legalizing is much better than de facto spouse, at least it gives some sense of security to women.
