The article states that though the rape bill has defined a new tenet that of gender neutrality, but another bill regarding the protection of women against sexual harassment at workplace bill does not do so. The article states that this disregards the spirit of gender neutrality. Also, it seems illogical too, if men could be raped then they could be sexually harassed too.
