This article highlights the issue of the deteriorating health of millennials and the possibility of worse health outcomes in their middle-age than their parents. All this can be attributed to the stress and anxiety over uncertainty in employment, housing and relationships. There are millennials struggling with low pays or no pays, and still, some section of society observe the millennials as spoilt brats full of overconfidence and as smart-Alexes. But this can be because the parents feel protective about their future.

The report also shows that millennials suffered from relationship problems and issues related to social media and chronic loneliness. These issues of millennials are reparable, and steps should be taken by the older people. Millennials on their part can limit their time spent on social media and get involved more in face-to-face interactions with people. Such kind of positive interactions gives emotional support which is crucial for our health. Such small steps are going give many benefits and might save the lives of the millennials.
